Canada's Express Entry system has seen a major shake-up after removing Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points for arranged employment. Thousands of candidate scores dropped by 50 to 200 points, drastically affecting chances for permanent residency. The 501-600 CRS range lost 5,740 profiles, while 491-500 and 481-490 ranges saw decreases of 1,618 and 984, respectively. In total, 8,342 profiles dropped out of high-scoring ranges.
