The
Home Office announced on August 29, 2024, that more than 1.16 million visas
were issued for work, study, or family reasons in the year ending June 2024. The
report, which is updated quarterly, also noted 128.4 million passenger
arrivals, mainly short-term visitors. Additionally, 75,167 people entered
