for recent graduates in the EU, with 96% of its 2023 graduates securing jobs,
according to Eurostat. The country is facing labour shortages in 20 sectors,
including manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality. Malta's high graduate
employment rate exceeds the EU average of 83.5%, making it a top destination
for job-seeking graduates.
