APPLICATION PROCESS FLOW
Step 1
Submit an application through the email/post to Manitoba PNP. Highest scoring applicants will be picked up periodically.Step 2
An exploratory visit to Manitoba to research on the business opportunities available for a minimum duration on 5 days. This visit can be done prior to submitting the application to Manitoba to fetch additional points.Step 3
Once you receive the Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) from the MPNP. All documents listed in the Instructions and Document Checklist and your net worth verification report must be submitted, and your application fee (CDN 2,500) must be paid within 120 days of receiving your LAA for your application to be considered complete.Step 4
Your personal net worth will be verified by a third-party supplier approved by the MPNP. Your complete application will be assessed by the MPNP. This may include an interview. If your application meets all of the requirements of the MPNP, the MPNP will email you an approval letter. You must sign a Business Performance Agreement before the MPNP will give you a letter of support for a work permit.Step 5
Submit an Application for Permanent Residence to the IRCC Central Intake office (CIO) who will screen the application and forward it to the designated Canadian visa office abroad. Once the Local Canadian Visa Office issues the work permit Visa upon verification of the Medical Examination & Security Clearance Immigrate to Manitoba.B. Business / Entrepreneur Program (BC PNP)
Application Process Flow:
Critical documents: Bank Documents/Work Experience/Education & other personal documents
1. Applicant must demonstrate personal investment of at least CAD: 200,000 in the proposed business with net asset of at least CAD: 600,000.
2. Should have experience as a Sr. Manager or a Business owner.
3. On line registration CAD: 300 non-refundable (4 weeks)
4. Applicant need to enter selection pool and final registration score will be ranked along with other registrants (within 6 Months)
5. Net worth Assessment (Supplier (CA)recognized by BC PNP) within 4Months (assessment fee between CAD$ 3,000 to CAD$ 5,000)
6. Applicant need to pay fee of CAD$ 3,500 including spouse and children upon letter of confirmation from BC PNP (Process time 4 months)
7. Attend interview in person at the BC PNP Vancouver within a year from the letter of confirmation (as applicable)
8. BC PNP will issue letter of confirmation which serves 2 years work permit visa to implement proposed business in BC (within 18-20 months) to get his business registered in BC PNP to obtain permanent residence (PR)
C. Canada Quebec Investor Program
TheQuebec Immigrant Investor Program(QIIP) offers international investors the opportunity to obtain permanent resident status inCanada by making a risk-free $800,000 CAD investment that is guaranteed by aQuebec government entity.The QIIP is Canadas only passive investor immigration program, So, No need to create a certain quota of jobs within a specifiedtime frame.The QIIP, on the other hand, has no such requirement. Moreover, it also offers Canadian permanent resident status upon initial landing,with no interim status on a work permit. The applicants immediate family members may also be included on the application and obtainCanadian permanent residence, enjoying all the benefits that this status bestows, includinguniversal health care and access to world-class education. Management experience:Applicants must have acquired a minimum oftwo years management experience in the past five years. The experience is notlimited to commercial activities; it can also be gained at an international agency, department or government agency.
